Weather block
The Weather block is a Grid block that displays a weather forecast for a location you enter.
Adding a Weather block
- Click the + (Add content) button in the admin menu.
- Click Weather.
- Enter a Location, then click Add Block.
The editor heading is Add content, with the chip a Weather Block. Placeholder: City, State.
Editing
Click the pencil on the block (Click to edit). Save Changes keeps the edits. Cancel discards them. Delete removes the block.

Visitor behavior
The block shows a forecast in imperial units with a 12-hour clock. The forecast covers 5 days. The search field inside the weather widget is off.
The location name appears in the block. Temperatures and conditions update from the weather service when the block loads.
Constraints
- Location is required.
- The block does not offer humidity, wind, pressure, or visibility toggles in the editor.
FAQ
- "Why is the forecast in Fahrenheit?" The Weather block uses imperial units.
- "Can visitors search for another city?" No. The search field in the weather widget is turned off. Change Location in the block editor.
- "How many days does it show?" Five days.
