Block Help: Adding HTML Block

This special block is designed to do just about anything. Insert the embed code for a widget or start from scratch with basic HTML. 

• Click the + icon to add content

• Select the HTML option from the menu

• Below is an example of a weather widget in the HTML block.

There are also other applications for the HTML block: 

• Embed code for a Blog
• IT Department help portals
• Embed code for videos
• Creating elements out of HTML code, like links or buttons
• Counter for School Days Left in the year

TIPS:

• Keep in mind that HTML code can be complex, so make sure to copy and paste the whole section of code.
• When a supported code snippet has been entered properly, a preview of the content should display within the editing window of the block.
