Audiences (with Groups & OUs)

Audiences aren't just your followers. In addition, you can auto-include individuals from your Groups & OUs found in your Active Directory. You can connect a group to one of the available user types (staff, students or parents). Staff are shown in the staff listing while students and parents can be targeted for email and phone notifications.

For more specific targeting (i.e. 6th grade math teachers rather all 6th grade teachers), you may select any sub-page in which you have editor permissions. The more targeted group, which is assigned to the sub-page becomes available to any parent page administrators. Sorry that's a bit complicated! Please chat with us for additional support.
