- Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
- Verify you're connected to the internet when notifications should arrive
- Try refreshing the page or restarting your browser
- Check if your device's "Do Not Disturb" mode is turned on
Mobile App Push Notifications (iOS & Android)
- Ensure notifications are enabled for our app in your device settings
- Check if your device's "Do Not Disturb" mode is active
- Verify the app is installed correctly and updated to the latest version
- Try deleting and reinstalling the app
- Make sure you're logged in to your account within the app
- Check that your device has an active internet connection
- Ensure you haven't disabled background app refresh (iOS)
- Verify battery optimization isn't restricting the app (Android)
