Events block
The Events block is a Grid block that lists upcoming events from one calendar feed.

Adding an Events block
- Click the + (Add content) button in the admin menu.
- Click Events.
- Enter a Title and an ICS Url, or choose a calendar under Reuse an existing calendar, set Number of Events, then click Add Block.
The editor heading is Add content, with the chip an Events Block. Placeholders: Calendar Name for the title, Calendar Url for the ICS address.
Editing
Click the pencil on the block (Click to edit). Save Changes keeps the edits. Cancel discards them. Delete removes the block.

Visitor behavior
The block lists upcoming events only. Past events do not appear here. Use the Calendar page or an Events terrace for a month view that includes past dates in range. See Calendars and events.
Each row shows the date, title, and location when set. Clicking an event opens its detail window. The header link opens the full calendar (Click to view the full calendar).
When there are no upcoming events, the block shows No events found!
Constraints
- The block shows upcoming events only, up to the Number of Events value.
- The calendar feed must be publicly reachable. See Calendars and events.
FAQ
- "Why are there no past events in my Events block?" The Events block lists upcoming events only. Use the Calendar page or an Events terrace for past dates in a month view.
- "Why does it only show 15 events?" That is the default Number of Events. Raise it in the block editor.
- "Changes on the calendar are not showing." Save the block to refresh it, or wait for the hourly refresh. See Calendars and events.
