Field Behavior
Title Required
HTML Required. Holds up to 200,000 characters

The editor states that you can copy and paste HTML, including iframe embed code.

Visitor behavior

The markup is displayed in the block. A heading appears when the title is set and is not the default word HTML.

The content scrolls inside the block when it is taller than the block. There is no Expand control on phones for this block type.

Constraints

  • Title and HTML are both required.
  • Empty HTML cannot be saved.

FAQ

  • "Why is there no heading on our HTML block?" The title is still the default HTML, which is not shown to visitors. Change the Title to display a heading.
  • "Can I paste an iframe?" Yes. Paste the embed code into the HTML field.
  • "Is this the same as the HTML terrace?" No. The HTML terrace is a full-width row on a terrace page. This block sits on a Grid page.
